Please read carefully before placing your order:

• Shipping Charges: Shipping is not calculated at checkout. Once your order is processed, you will receive a separate invoice for the shipping fee.
• Finance Charges: Financing fees are also not calculated at checkout. A separate invoice will be sent if financing is applied to your order.
• Lead Times: Most orders ship within 7–10 business days. However, some items may require additional lead time depending on availability, backorder status, or manufacturer processing.
• Cancellations: Any order canceled after placement is subject to a 30% cancellation fee, restocking fee, regardless of the reason. Please refer to our full cancellation policy for more details. Please consult with a specialist if you have any questions before finalizing your online order. 
• Insurance: All shipments are fully insured for their full value. Any claims for damage or loss must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• International Orders: We proudly ship worldwide. Please note that all international shipping fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise stated. We are not liable for delays caused by customs.
• Tracking & Confirmation: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information and shipment confirmation.
